Mr. Guragai boasts a distinguished career spanning 37 years in the Banking sector. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the U.S., a Master's degree in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Tribhuvan University.

Mr. Guragai served as a Department Chief at Rastriya Banijya Bank, where he played a crucial role in the Bank's restructuring and efficiency improvement.  He also held the position of Director at Nepal Investment Bank and served as Executive Director of the Youth and Small Entrepreneur Self-Employment Fund.

His professional contributions extend beyond the Banking sector. He has served as a consultant for various international agencies, including the World Bank, ADB, PTA, RIDA, CPREC, and NEAT, demonstrating his expertise and global perspective.
